Crucial Conversations
We recognize communication is one of the most critical skills for any employee. Especially being able to communicate effectively when the conversation is “crucial”. We value everyone’s input and believe that employees should have the skillset to feel comfortable, as Crucial Conversations says, “to talk about almost anything with almost anyone”.
Leadership Development
Whether through one of our external partners or as part of our internal development program, it’s important to us that we strengthen our leadership team throughout the organization and globe. We are rolling out a multi-level program tailored to the skills our leaders will need to help Crane Currency move into the future.
Mentoring
The Crane Currency Mentorship program provides nominated employees the chance to accelerate their development by working with an internal mentor for a year or two. The journey starts by clarifying the mentee's development purpose before embarking on a year long process of self discovery and growth with the support of their mentor.
Cross Training
All functions, but especially in operations, offer employees the opportunities to learn new skills and software that will broaden their skill sets and allow them to get involved in larger variety of tasks and projects. With formal and informal cross training, you’ll find plenty of chances to pick up new skills in your day-to-day role.
