Our associates have been hard at work these past few months volunteering their time at a variety of organizations. Shout out to our Alpharetta team for their amazing volunteer work! They have been supporting The Children's Haven and Soles4Souls, and have written heartfelt cards to our service men and women through OPERATION CARE FOR TROOPS. Your dedication to helping others is truly inspiring.

We are grateful for our Dalton philanthropy team, who have been actively supporting the Lee Youth Association and the Berkshire Dream Center Food Pantry. Your efforts in giving back to the community are making a significant difference.

Malta
Our Malta associates have been making a global impact through their local efforts. Their generosity extends from supporting local blood banks to bottle recycling and tree planting. Their local efforts help to create a better world for all of us.

Nashua
Our Nashua team has been actively engaged in supporting our local community. They have dedicated their time to the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter, Inc., the Nashua PAL (Police Athletic League), and Grow Nashua. We are incredibly proud of their efforts to make a positive impact in our community.

Sweden
Our team in Tumba recently underwent a continuous improvement initiative to install new automated valves and level transmitters to decrease overconsumption of water. Their efforts were so successful that we are on track to reduce our consumption by over 5 million gallons of water a month. It’s a great example of our commitment to continuous improvement to drive down the environmental impact of our process.
Crane Fund for Widows and Children
Established in 1914 as a private charitable trust, The Crane Fund grants aid to former employees of Crane and their dependents who are unable to be self-supporting because of age or physical disability. The Crane Fund is administered by a Board of Trustees and a Pension Committee, both appointed by Crane’s Board of Directors. This is such a special and unique part of our culture that has proudly been part of our identify for over 100 years.
Charitable Donations
Every year we gather input from our employees to nominate and select local organizations that support the communities we work in to receive monetary donations. We have supported and impacted a variety of diverse organizations around the world ranging from Homeless shelters, educational programs, food pantries, veteran programs, community arts & recreation, agricultural, critical illness and hospice programs. It’s important to us to give back to those who help support our communities.
Volunteerism
One of the benefits that we encourage all our associates to take advantage of is our paid volunteer time. We organize site sponsored activities where our employees can take time out of their work day to help give back to the community that they live and work in. Whether it is through the company at one of our site sponsored events or the employee volunteering with a local organization, we promote utilizing this opportunity to its fullest.
